Getting to a high position in a company is more achievable when you stay for a long time. Over the years, alongside improving skills, you will learn more about every aspect of the company including workflow, structure, mindset, mission and vision, strengths and weaknesses and etc. So, with this knowledge about the company, senior management can rely on you for a higher position. Also, some companies work in various fields with different culture, responsibilities, tools and technologies. Therefore, to adjusting to the company and acting well, people have to improve their soft and hard skills. For example, in software developing area, there are many programming language, software tools and technologies that some companies use wide range of them in both back-end and front-end side, that to hire in these companies, developers should improve their hard skills. I think there are more job opportunities ad demand for human resource in big cities because these cities placed hundreds of thousand or even millions of people that need services, products, education, fun and etc. Also because of better facilities, migration to these cities are increasing every year, that is good an opening to making more money. For example, I can see every day, new buildings are being built in my city that except of necessary workers, more than one hundred careers and industries are involved including transportation, painting, carpentry, electronic and etc. So big cities are places for ambitious people.(101)

Small town are appropriate place for people care about peace and want to have a calmer life. Opposite of big cities which involve many issues like air pollution, crowded and noise, small towns have cleaner and healthier environment. Also, crime occurs less than big cities and totally there is less stress in these towns. For instance, Tehran as a capital city that placed more than ten million people, has the most air pollution in Iran and is one of the top ten in the world that cause the different illnesses. Besides, there is a heavy traffic all day long that waste the tıme.(103)
