تسک 1 کمبریج آیلتس 17 – نمونه نوشته شده نمره 7+ توسط مدرس:
The two maps illustrate an industrial zone right off the east of a town named Norbiton at the present time and in the future. It seems the primary function of the area will completely change.
Currently, the industrial area is limited by a river from east to west and an inaccessible area to the north. However, there will be a bridge over the river which will provide access to a newly built residential building in the farmland situated there.
In the middle of the map, at the moment there is a roundabout surrounded by factories with only two exits: one to the eastern side which follows a road around which some factories are located. These are going to turn into residential areas with some new exits in the north and northwest but in the east there will be both a school and a playground plus some residential buildings all around.
The other exit to the south at the moment leads to a road extending east to west. There will be a new smaller roundabout in the south with shops on its left replacing a factory and a new medical center on its opposite side.
Overall, it seems the industrial zone is going to change into a residential one having more connecting routes with houses and some welfare facilities.

The maps illustrate current status of the Norbiton industrial area, which is located at the east of the town between a southern road and northern river and neighboring farmland.
There is a roundabout in the middle of this area, which is connected to the southern road. Another road is connected to the roundabout from the east. Some factories are situated neighboring the roundabout and the eastern road, which will all be eliminated in the future. Other roads will be connected to the roundabout from the north and northwest areas, which will provide access to residential areas at the northern and southern parts of the river. It should be noted that a bridge will be built over the river. Some medical and shopping centers are planned to be constructed at the southeast and southwest of the roundabout, respectively.
The eastern road (connected to the roundabout) will be lead to a school at the east and a playground between this road and the river. Some buildings will also be built beside the road for housing.
Overall, it is planned to change this industrial district to a residential one in the future, and some appropriate facilities are considered for inhabitants. (197 words)
