What are the advantages and disadvantages of fast food in your opinion?

On the one hand, there are advantages in choosing fast foods. First of all, they save time. When someone orders fast food, it takes only a few minutes for them to receive the food and eat it but for a traditional meal they need to spend at least an hour or two. Fast foods are prepared quickly in restaurants or can be bought in frozen packs from supermarkets. Secondly, it is less expensive to order or make fast foods at home compare to other types of foods. Both the ingredients and the fact that they are prepared in large amount help to keep the price low. So, many people specially the students and workers choose them frequently. (117 words)
On the other hand, however, there is a negative side to fast foods. First of all, many studies have shown that fast food consumption for a long time is unhealthy as they contain a lot of fat and salt, which can lead to obesity and many other health issues later in life. While these foods smell and taste delicious, their long-term negative effect is undeniable. Secondly, since these foods are prepared quickly and can be consumed everywhere, their popularity decreases the family time. Family members especially younger ones spend less time with other members and prefer to spend lunch or dinner time alone or with their friends in fast food restaurants which is not a pleasant change. Fast food have some advantages. First of all saving time is a considerable advantage. Generally ordering traditional meal in restaurant take more time compare to ordering fast food.When someone oreders a fast food , it take a few minutes, but people for a serving a traditional meal in a good restaurant ,besides reseveing , they need to spend at least about one hour. fast foods are quick and easy to prepare because of using pre-cooked ingredients. Secondly fast foods are delicious.People like eating them, in many countries there are lots of shops that sell fast foods. Using of Spices and sauces for preparing and serving fast foods that cause.(109)
Despite these advantages ,there are some considerable disadvantages of fast foods. many studies have shown that they are unhealthy .They contain a lot of fat and salt, also they have very high calorie contents.Additionally people eat fast foods with high calorie drinks.Because of exist of the large number of fast foods shops and growing competition among them leads to using of cheaper and low quality intgredients.For instance beef of ill cows are cheaper than health ones, so food industries are encouraged using them. Some carcinogenic addetives are added in ingredients of fast food to more preservation them. (97)
