The set of visuals below is a reflection of a research that shows the number of visitors to Ashdown museum and the level of visitors’ satisfaction before and after a renovation.
Overall, it is apparent that both the number of visitors and their level of satisfaction have dramatically improved after the repair.
As pie charts show, just under a third of all respondents (30%) before refurbishment were satisfied and half of this number (15%) were very satisfied. After the repair, same categories increased to 40 and 35 percent, respectively. Half of whole visitors were either dissatisfied or very dissatisfied before refurbishment (40% and 10% respectively). These figures plunged to 15% and merely 5% respectively. On both occasions, 5 percent of respondents chose not to respond and labeled as “no response” in the pie charts.
The tables show the year before the improvement, Ashdown museum had 74,000 visitors, while this number rose markedly and just after renovation, it was visited by 92,000 people. (162 words)
