The chart shows how much people in UK used telephones in three different categories: Local line, National and international fixed line and Mobiles between 1995 and 2002.

In 1995, Local calls were more than 70 billion minutes. This number increased about 20 billion minutes to 90  in 1998. It then started to decrease to a 70 billion minutes again.

At the beginning, the number of minutes spoken using National and international fixed line was less that 40 billion minutes. This number only increased gradually for the next 7 years to the highest amount, over 60 billion minutes, in 2002.

The number of minutes spent on the Mobile calls were only a few billion minutes in 1995 and this rather small number increased slightly to just under 10 billion minutes in 1999. Next it surged dramatically to a peak of 45 billion minutes at the end of the period in 2002.

Overall, it seems the big difference in popularity among all three categories at the beginning started to  diminish and at the final year all these categories had  very similar level of popularity. (182 Words)

The charts illustrates the total length of time spent on three groups of telephone calls in UK over a period of eight years from 1995 to 2002.

The most popular way of telephoning was local calls by fixed line in the beginning of the period in 1995 with slightly over 70 billion minutes, which started to rise gradually for the next four years to reach a peak of 90 million minutes, before falling back to the level of 1995.

Two other categories, National and International fixed lines and Mobiles, though quite different in popularity at the beginning(37 billion minutes for the former and only about 3 billion minutes for the latter), showed  an increase all over the period, peaking at over 60 and 45 billion minutes respectively in 2002. This growth for mobile calls was quite slow for the first few years but in 1998 it took off and surged to a peak of 45 billion minutes at the end of the period.

Overall, while Local fixed line was the only category that showed a decline in the number of minutes, two other ones only experienced growth. Also, despite the considerable differences in popularity, all three categories were quite popular at the end and had the least difference at the end. (211 Words)

Some people believe that teenage years are the happiest time in life. First of all, they have a lot of free time. Teenagers normally do not have full-time jobs and their time of study is also limited so several hours a day. A a result they have many hours to spend with their friends and on leisure activities. Secondly, teens have less responsibility compare with adults. They are financially supported by their parents and it is too early for them to start a family and become a breadwinner. So, instead of hard work they can spend their time the way they wish.(102 words)

Other people, however, believe in adult life people can achieve more happiness. First of all, adults have career and not only they can enjoy a good salary, they can also have the respect of other people around them. Having money gives everyone the power to make changes that they like and buy the items to have a better life. This gives adults a sense of satisfaction and happiness. Secondly, when a person reaches maturity, they enjoy independence and do not need to follow their parents’ orders anymore. they can make decisions and feel happy and pleased when they see good results of their actions. There are more facilities and services in big cities. First of all, there is more investment by the government and by other investors because governments are located in large cities and people who want to invest know they can make a lot more money if they invest in places in which many people live. Secondly, since the population of a big city is several million people, there is more demand. It means there is a more chance everyone can sell their products or their services to potential clients. As a result more people come to big cities to provide such goods and services to have a better business. (108 words)

There is also a better situation for work in a large city. First of all, more factories and companies are located in large cities. So, the number of people who have the chance of finding a job is much more in large cities. Companies employ hundreds of thousands of people and this is a very good chance for young people to find a job. Secondly, variety of jobs are also can be seen in big cities. Large companies and factories plus hospitals and universities means many more type of jobs are available that cannot be find in small towns at all. (101 words)

To my mind, as you are getting old, it is possible that you lose your chance of getting good jobs so I highly recommend you to cut out thinking about colleges and focus on finding appropriate job. I think it is wise to take up a profession first and try to be qualified in your occupation.
As you are married and have children it is important to earn enough money to make ends meet and provide them a quality life. I believe that having family make you responsible and it is utmost importance to have well-paid job. Going to college might have devastating effect on your family.
IT seems to be appropriate job for you due to your background in working with computer and I think it is good for you to pay more attention to this matter. By the way, I hope you will make a right decision.

Most people usually care about foods so various food types come into existence often. While some people believe that fast foods are positive in our food habit, others think differently. This essay will discuss both of these views.38
Fast foods seem that have had positive influence on our life. Firstly, they prepare quickly. As fast food primary materials regularly become ready by some particular machines which are specifically designed for cooking fast foods, they usually get ready in short time the reason is that all the instructions and recipes are preconfigured and human do a little work on it while they are cooking. Secondly, sometimes fast foods are made from low price ingredients which result in low charge for the end consumers. Despite organic ingredients which are more expensive, genetically modified materials seems containing the sizable portion of the main ingrediants.101
Fast foods could be dangerous and have negative impact on human`s food habit. First of all, it has been suggested that they are unhealthy. A generous number of scientists and those whose occupations are related to foods and healthy believe that the poor quality of ingredients which are used for fast foods and the way by which they are cooking could affect our digestive system and force our body to gain more weight. Secondly, some people feel that fast foods are replacing traditional foods which are rich and essential to our regular diet. In fact, the lack of nourishment in fast foods could cause malnutrition. 104
In conclusion, while some people think that fast foods could offer benefits, others believe that it is bad for us.20

    Dear Mrs. Faran
I’m writing to raise a concern about the design problems of reception area that have been declared by costumers. As it is mentioned by costumes, the reception area was not well equipped with sufficient signage leading to each particular space. So, visitors become confused while they are considering to find the access to different parts of the company.
The reception area is located in the central part of the path network in this company and linkages among entrances, exit gates and departments are provided within there. Nonetheless, this important area could not respond the need of visitors to find their ways easily.
You had been looking for applicable suggestions some time. After a meeting which was held yesterday, the whole of the staffs announced their agreements on furnishing this central space with landmarks such as sculptures and also colorful boards that display the name of specified places clearly. Moreover, I would like to recommend that the lighting of this area will have an impressive effect on way-finding ability of visitors.

    WRITE RIGHT- FAST FOOD
The popularity of fast food continues to be one of the challenges of societies. Although some people feel that this is a good trend, others have opposite idea. In this essay, I will discuss both viewpoints. (35)
Supporters of fast food put forward the argument that the advantages of fast food chains outweigh the disadvantages. First of all, brands of fast food have made noticeably. As a result, to protect brand images, these companies need to keep their consistency in quality services and following the standards. Accordingly, fast food chains have been promoting their products since they started this job as long as they have shown their attempt deliberately to give the wide range of choices and offers. Secondly, fast food industry facilitates a convenient environment for residents to buy affordable foods anytime and anywhere that they want. One particular example is MacDonald’s restaurants working 24 hours and being accessible even near petroleum stations. (115)
Conversely, people opposed to fast food highlight its drawbacks. First of all, it is said that consuming fast food excessively is detrimental. This is due to the fact that foods such as fried chicken and hamburgers are incredibly high in fat and salt and they could result in a major health problem. So, inhabitants specifically children would suffer from diabetes, obesity and so forth by consuming these foods. Secondly, it is often felt that this way of eating will hurt healthy lifestyle if it becomes a daily routine. Dependency on fatty foods would impede people to bear the difficulty of buying fresh ingredients and cook them which is led to lazy lifestyle. (109)
In conclusion, while the popularity of fast food is responsible for some disadvantages, its benefits also has been proved undeniably. (19)

People usually complain about the unfriendly atmosphere. In addition they are sometimes upset about the time they spend in lines to be served. It mostly takes about 45 minutes which is a long time. On the other hand, the old decoration of the reception part seems that have a negative impact on them.
Since the reception area is the first place people usually see upon arrival, I found it quite important for our company. Moreover, at the first look people usually make judgement about our company according to the reception area.
I would like to recommend you that at first please change the decoration in an effort to make it modern and friendly atmosphere. Second, it would be wise if you could purchase a new device to issue ticket for people in a neat way. Furthermore, it might be a good idea to employ another receptionist.

For instance, by destroying countryside, which is animal`s living place, they are forced to leave their habitat and it would have detrimental effect on their life. Since humans desire to have privacy in their home, animals have a right to inhabit in their lands and reproduce. If more cars drive, there will be more emission of carbon and other gases. This increasing number of vehicles in cities result is global warming. Another downside of constructing houses in cities is that people will need more space and energy resources to live. For example, in Beijing, China, there are many residential apartments of 20 to 30 stories. For this, there are many vehicles on the road during rush hours, which causes traffic congestion. Thus, it is clear from this example that more houses should not be built in existing cities.
secondly, it is quite possible to say that developing new towns in countryside can bring enormous benefits to the population as a whole. Creating new towns means more shopping malls, schools, roads and bridges. One of the advantages of this is to create more jobs for the inhabitants to live there. These days, the problem of a living space has risen by increasing of cities population. Although some people think that the countryside is the best place to building new houses, others believe that protecting the rural area is more important. This essay will discuss the second point. (47)
Urbanization and ruining the rural area can damage the environment. First of all, the countryside is the habitat of various animals’ species, construction in this area, ruin their habitat and make them migrate to other places. Habitat loss endangers them because maybe they can not find their nutrients in other places and this problem can lead to their death. Secondly, by disappearing the countryside the environmental pollution increases. Plants filter the air and prevent the air pollution, felling trees and destroying the forest to build more new houses leads to much air pollution. Another problem is water sources pollution like rivers by the entry of human residue and industrial wastes into them. (111)
In addition, building new houses in the countryside have some negative effects on rural people lives. First of all, some rural people sell their lands, agricultural lands decrease and some farmers lose their career, also some problem like decreasing the water supply due to raising the population make farming difficult for farmers, moreover the pollution can affect agricultural products and damage them. Secondly, they face a new lifestyle which can make the life harder for them. They should afford many new things and their living costs increase. As well as the friendly and quiet environment that they used to live in would become noisy and crowded. (106)
Inconclusion, in my point of view, building new houses in the countryside have some serious consequences which can be harmful to the environment and rural people lifestyle. I believe that we should not spoil the nature beauty and leave the countryside as it is. (42)

The main road will become a pedestrian way and the shops above it will be changed to some facilities including a bus station, a car park and a shopping center, also there will be built some new houses. The school will remain at its original place though it will be bigger and the park will be smaller because of building new houses. The other point is by increasing the size of the town the countryside will disappear. (108)
Overall, by comparing two maps we can see significant changes in the planned development that result in a commercial, residential and roadway improvements in the city. (26)

Involving children in decisions affecting their own wishes has been one of the concerns of parents. Although some people think that children are not eligible to make decisions about daily matters, others including me have opposite ideas. This essay will discuss these points. (43)
Some people believe that children should not make the decision. First of all, if parents allow children to make their choices, they may become arrogant persons in future. For instance, they do not learn to respect others’ desires and this behavior definitely will hurt others. Secondly, children will face problems. For instance, deciding just to eat fatty foods is not healthy or playing games several hours a day could have the negative effect on their sight. (74)
Unlike the first group, others put forward the argument that children should make their own decision. First of all, children will gain experiences about different subjects in their lives. For instance, when they want to examine musical instruments, they could discover their talent and develop it. Secondly, children will have a high sense of confidence and in future, they will not fear about making a wrong decision. Because when they were just a child they had enough practice and they knew their weaknesses. (81)

From my perspective, parents should behave children friendly that the kids feel free to talk to them and gain consultation. Accordingly, children gain the ability to make right choices. (29)
In conclusion, while some people think that decision making may bring some drawbacks for children’s future, others have completely different ideas. (21)

Every family has a different view about how much freedom should be given to children. Although some people think that giving more freedom is beneficial for children, others believe that too much liberty make them selfish. This essay will discuss both of these views. (44)
Giving freedom to children to make their own decision have some advantages. First of all, it helps them to feel more confident. They learn to be more responsible for their decisions results and also gain lots of experiences which can help them to make right decisions in the future, as well as increases their self-confidence. Secondly, too much limitation can harm their creativity. Children who have more freedom of choice to choose things they like would become more creative later. They learn to do not imitate others, find their own way or create a new way. They would become more self-reliant and more creative. (104)
On the other hand, permitting children to do whatever they want can has a negative effect on their personality. First of all, children would become selfish and self-centered. They do not learn to be a caring person because they do whatever they like without any consideration, also they think others should always provide everything they want. They would become an inconsiderate and selfish person. Secondly, too much freedom can make them impolite and disobedient. They should know there are times that they should listen to their parents, but if there are no rules and limitation they do not learn to respect others. (102)
In my opinion, parents should not give an absolute freedom to their children, they should consider a boundary for this liberty. (21)
