The set of visuals below is a reflection of a research that shows the number of visitors to Ashdown museum and the level of visitors’ satisfaction before and after a renovation.

Overall, it is apparent that both the number of visitors and their level of satisfaction have dramatically improved after the repair.

As pie charts show, just under a third of all respondents (30%) before refurbishment were satisfied and half of this number (15%) were very satisfied. After the repair, same categories increased to 40 and 35 percent, respectively. Half of whole visitors were either dissatisfied or very dissatisfied before refurbishment (40% and 10% respectively). These figures plunged to 15% and merely 5% respectively. On both occasions, 5 percent of respondents chose not to respond and labeled as “no response” in the pie charts.

The tables show the year before the improvement, Ashdown museum had 74,000 visitors, while this number rose markedly and just after renovation, it was visited by 92,000 people.  (۱۶۲ words)

The chart shows how much people in UK used telephones in three different categories: Local line, National and international fixed line and Mobiles between 1995 and 2002.

In 1995, Local calls were more than 70 billion minutes. This number increased about 20 billion minutes to 90  in 1998. It then started to decrease to a 70 billion minutes again.

At the beginning, the number of minutes spoken using National and international fixed line was less that 40 billion minutes. This number only increased gradually for the next 7 years to the highest amount, over 60 billion minutes, in 2002.

The number of minutes spent on the Mobile calls were only a few billion minutes in 1995 and this rather small number increased slightly to just under 10 billion minutes in 1999. Next it surged dramatically to a peak of 45 billion minutes at the end of the period in 2002.

Overall, it seems the big difference in popularity among all three categories at the beginning started to  diminish and at the final year all these categories had  very similar level of popularity. (182 Words)

The charts illustrates the total length of time spent on three groups of telephone calls in UK over a period of eight years from 1995 to 2002.

The most popular way of telephoning was local calls by fixed line in the beginning of the period in 1995 with slightly over 70 billion minutes, which started to rise gradually for the next four years to reach a peak of 90 million minutes, before falling back to the level of 1995.

Two other categories, National and International fixed lines and Mobiles, though quite different in popularity at the beginning(37 billion minutes for the former and only about 3 billion minutes for the latter), showed  an increase all over the period, peaking at over 60 and 45 billion minutes respectively in 2002. This growth for mobile calls was quite slow for the first few years but in 1998 it took off and surged to a peak of 45 billion minutes at the end of the period.

Overall, while Local fixed line was the only category that showed a decline in the number of minutes, two other ones only experienced growth. Also, despite the considerable differences in popularity, all three categories were quite popular at the end and had the least difference at the end. (211 Words)

The graph shows the average weekly hours spent by schoolchildren on two different leisure activities at home over a period of nine years from 2000 to 2008.

Schoolchildren aged 10 to 11 years old spent less than 4 hours per week on computer in 2000. This number increased considerably over the next 4 years to 15 hours in 2004. At the beginning of the same period (2000), the time spent on watching TV was 21 hours per week, which remained the same over the nest three years. Next, it fell rapidly from 21 to 15 hours weekly in 2004.

Schoolchildren continued to spend more time on computer from 2004 and 2008 and the number reached a peak of just under 22 hours. At the same time despite a fluctuation between 2005 and 2006, the time spent on watching TV remained stable at the level of almost 15 hours per week.

Overall, While TV was much more popular than computer at the beginning of this period, it seems the time schoolchildren spent on them has reversed. (۱۷۵ words)

Two maps depict a tropical island of a few hundreds square meters before and after the construction of some leisure facilities for tourists.

It appears that two sites for tourists accommodation have been built, which are connected to each other and to other areas with footpath. There is also a reception in the middle of the island, which is accessible by a vehicle track from the southern part, where a pier is constructed for some pleasure boats. The other significant change is a single restaurant in the northern part of the island that can be also accessed by vehicles. The beach in the western side can be used for swimming after this development. There are also some palm trees in the western and eastern regions of the island, which seem to be untouched by this change.

Overall, the development which appears to be more concentrated on the western side and the center, has dramatically changed the face of the island in a way that it can accommodate a few hundreds of tourists at the same time. (177 Words)

Two maps show the construction of facilities in an island. One map show the situation before and one map after the construction.

In the first map there is not much for possible tourists to enjoy except a swimming area in the left side of the island. How ever in the second map there is a restaurant in the middle of the island on the left close to a reception. There is a vehicle track for tourists who want to reach the reception or the restaurant. Other important change is the construction of several accommodation sites for tourists not far from the reception. Other important facilities for enjoyment of tourists are the boats for sailing in the southern side of the island, where a pier can be seen and a beach for swimming in the left side.

Overall, it seems the island is totally different after the construction of tourist facilities and especially the western and middle parts can be a good place for tourists to enjoy their stay. (167 Words)

Some argue that teenagers enjoy the happiest times. First of all, they do not share responsibility in their homes and simply benefit from everything that is made available by their parents. Even if they share some responsibilities around the house or start a part time job, it will at the minimum level of responsibility with maximum financial and emotional support and hence, they will not be under the stress of juggling numerous tasks in a hectic lifestyle. Secondly, they have abundant free time to choose their leisure activities and pursue their true hobbies. A luxury that majority of adults will not be able to afford.(105 words)

On the other hand, however, there are those who argue for adulthood as the happiest time in one’s life. First of all, the opportunities that only a citizen in their adult years can enjoy is mentioned as an important reason. This includes a more preferable socioeconomic status and the respect that one earns as the result or the opportunity of starting a family. Secondly, adults tend to have more secure careers that bring about not only higher salaries but also more security and ease of life. Society gives them both the right and support to have family of their own if only they wish to take their lives to the next step.(112 words)

Do you prefer to live in a big city or in a small town?

More facilities and services
#More budget
#More demand

Better situation for work
#More salary
#wider range of jobs

.

نمونه پاسخ نوشته شده توسط مدرس

.

There are more facilities and services in a big city compared to a small town. First of all, there is more budget in a big city and as a result more services are available. This budget makes it possible to build many more clinics and hospitals or large universities with modern laboratories. Secondly, many more people live in a big city and they need many things for their everyday lives. They need transportation and thousands of schools for their children. They also need parks and cinemas to spend their free time after their work and because of these needs, facilities should be available for them.(104 words)

.

Big cities provide a better situation for job. First of all, it is easier to have a higher salary in big cities because companies and factories are bigger and they need more managers and supervisors. It may take ten years for an employee to go to next level at work in a small town but in a big city it may take only a few years. Secondly, the range of jobs are wider and many specialists with university degrees can find jobs. There are customers for special services and products and companies and factories hire people who can produce them, so not only simple workers but also experts can take jobs (111 words)

Recently, many technological breakthroughs have been already made in the field of agriculture, but food scarcity is still one of the most considerable importance issues in different parts of the globe. In this essay, I will explain root causes of this phenomenon as well as some practical solutions.

There are a number of contributing factors responsible for the prevalence of this issue. First of all, undoubtedly, the world population is increasing on an unprecedented scale and demands outweigh the existing supplies. With this end in view, regardless of conspicuous improvements in crop cultivation and harvesting, keeping pace with the growing demand for food is more difficult. Secondly, in spite of cutting-edge technologies employed in modern horticulture, the price of food products still remains high, that is probably why, many companies with profit-driven view producing expensive food in glamorous packages instead of providing products with affordable price.

However, certain measures can be taken to eradicate hunger worldwide. First of all, governmental supervision should inform society members about the dire consequences of population growth and the number of people who suffering from hunger. Secondly, government officials should allot heavily subsidized meals for the lower class of society. For example, in some Middle-East countries, rice and bread are considered as the materials that their prices are strictly controlled by governments.

By way of conclusion, although, the recent decades have witnessed a significant development in agricultural techniques, many people still suffering from starvation issue throughout the world. there are some problems and two workable schemes which can be launched by officials to curb the spread of the problem.

  • Given is a bar chart illustrating the percentage of landlords and renters in England and Wales between 1918 and 2011.
Clearly, in 1918, approximately three-quarters of people were households in owned accommodation while, a slightly less than a quarter of them were rented accommodation in the same year. Following which the number of landlords started to fall moderately and reached exactly 50% in 1971. By contrast, the total number of tenants increased about double and reached 50% during the same period.
During 1971, the number of landlords and tenants was equal. Afterwards, the percentage of landlords fell by roughly 30% and reached its lowest level in 2001, while, the percentage of tenants started to increase and reached a slightly less than 70%. It is clear that the number of landlords came to a half while, the percentage of tenants reached more than doubled.
In 2011, the number of landlords increased by 35%, but the number of tenants fell by 65%.
Overall, there was a significant difference between the number of landlords and renters between 1918 and 2011. Only in 1971, their percentage were equal. (184)

The given bar chart presents the proportion of families who had bought and rented housing in England and Wales from 1918 to 2011.

Overall, during the first half of the period, the percentage of households in rented accommodation was higher than that of those owning their own home, while an opposite trend was observed over the final 30 years.

In 1918, families renting accommodation accounted for just over 75%, triple that of those in owned accommodation. This figure dropped dramatically to 50% in 1971, despite a period of stability between 1939 and 1953. By contrast, the proportion of households in owned accommodation more than doubled, with the figure standing at just under 25% in 1918, remaining stable at around 30% from 1939 to 1953 before rising to equal those in rented accommodation.

From 1981 to 2001, the proportion of families owning a home continued its rising trend to reach a peak of nearly 70% before dropping by 5% in 2011. The percentage of tenants saw a different pattern, with numbers experiencing a gradual decline to just above 30% in 2001, followed by a small rise of 5%.

  • Nima Da    Nima Da

A glance at the bar chart provided reveals an information about amounts of owners and renters of accommodation in the UK and Wales during the period from the 1918 to 2011.

The amounts of tenants were over 75 % (that was the highest percent throughout the period) in 1918. It fell down to approximately 70 % in 1939 and remained stable until 1953, then continued to decline gradually to 2001 achieving about 30 % . However, the chart experienced a slight growth of renters in 2011.

In contrast, the percentage of housing owners in England and Wales was over 20 % in 1918, climbing to approximately 30 % in 1939. The amount of owners in 1953 demonstrates a period of stability, however it rose up to 40 % in 1961 and increased gently, and achieved to approximately 70 percent in 2001. It is clear, that in 1971 the amount of households in owned and rented accommodation was equal.

Overall, it is evident, that the percentage of households in owned accommodations increased moderately, while chart for people, who rented houses shows a downward trend.

The today’s modern society, we are significantly surrounded by much more choices. That way, we have to choose one among much choice. Some people including me argue having many choice has advantages others believe that it has some drawbacks.

In 21st century, duo to industrialization, there are too much segmented options when we purchase goods, which makes it hard to select only one among them that It takes a lot of time. First of all, when we visit markets for buying and do shopping, we may find too many goods with same type and different brands and quality. Secondly, as each product advertises itself with different features and prices, comparing products respectively to find out the best product provokes consumers’ exhaustion. Therefore, from the example of the supermarket, it can be seen that we have considerably many choices to purchase.

More and more countries trade their different products to foreign countries, the range of choices have kept being more wider. First of all, consumers even need to consider producing countries of products they want to purchase. For example, when there are several kinds of goods from different country such as England and USA, consumers are given one more factor to consider for consuming those goods. Secondly, having a lot of choices makes the best choice based on the taste of the persons. for instance, if you want to purchase a Mobile phone there are numerous choices to pick up, to get a better one which you like.

In conclusion, although some people are suffering from excessive many choices in modern society, others believe that having many choice has some benefits.

  • Making a choice is not easy in a wide variety of choice. Although, some people including me believe that nowadays we have too many choices, others disagree. These two views will be discussed in this essay.
There are those who maintain that the number of choices for the people has increased. First of all, technology and science have progressed and this has led to an increase in the number of facilities which human needs to live. Numerous facilities cause more options to choose. For instance, today the number of the means of communication has increased and this situation gives people a wide variety of choice. Secondly, some new industries are invented in the world, such as fast transportation, that helps people to have more choices to travel than before. Today tourists travel around the world by airplane, ship or train.
On the other hand, however, there are those who believe we do not have too many choices. First of all, the number of options has increased but the cost of choosing them has risen. Today we have more options around us about everything but they are not easily accessible to choose all of them. For instance, it seems impossible for some people to access a variety of foods, especially in Africa. Secondly, the nature of the choices has changed, otherwise, the number of choices for the people has remained constant or has not changed much. For example, the number of TV channels has increased, but the variety of historic programs may have remained constant and only their time has increased.
In conclusion, I believe today we have more options to choose than before. Although some argue people have too many choices, others believe the number of our choice has not increased. (291)

  • Hajar H    Hajar H

We have been surrounded by a wide diversity of opportunities during recent decades. Although some people making the general assertion that people these days are faced with countless choices, others have opposite viewpoint.in this essay I will discuss both of views.

Some people agree with this issue for two rational justifications. First of all, with the advent of advanced technologies, people are able to choose wide range of products with high quality. To clarify, they can place a great emphasis to do online shopping instead of traditional shopping. they can choose the best product in terms of quality and price, and purchase it even from remote companies. Secondly, the creative methods to produce variety of food and its preservation have benefitted human population with provision of significant types of edibles during whole the year. For instance, non-seasonal can be bought from food market irrespective of the weather conditions due to modernized preservation methods.

Nevertheless, some people disagree with this standpoint for two fundamental reasons. First of all, there is a direct connection between people’s income level and whatever they want to choose. In other words, it is not technically feasible for everyone to consider all the existing options when making a decision. for example, someone from low income brackets cannot afford to buy designer clothes. Secondly, the vast majority of people who are living in underdeveloped countries do not have too much access to some of state-of-the-art technologies due to major impediments such as war and sanction. For example, in my country Iran, people do not have any access to robots or IOT technologies and individuals fail to choose what they like because lack of these modern technologies.

By way of conclusion, people have opportunity to choose many options, however, there are some limiting factors which have a far-reaching impact on consumers choices.

One of the most important challenges of our era is the world starvation. In despite of ever-growing advances in agricultural and food production, some areas of the world still suffer from this dilemma. This essay will examine some of the causes followed by reasonable solutions.

On the one hand, while there are a lots of reasons, some are more predominant. First of all, the wealth distribution is unfair. there is a huge gap between the rich people and those who are poor, which means in spite the developments in agricultural that have result to an excess of food products, some people do not have the financial means to buy them. Secondly, the majority of produced food is wasted. There are the huge amount of consumables that are thrown away especially in developed countries is unfortunate. Recent research suggests that just in the U.S alone, approximately 100 million tons of food has been wasted in 2017.

On the other hand, the aforesaid challenge can be tackled if the right methods are used. First of all, by increasing salaries and decreasing unemployment rate, more people will have the capital to be able to provide food for their dependents and themselves. for instance, everyone who have higher salary usually can provides all of their needs and consequently does not be worried about basic needs. Secondly, increasing sales-tax for food products in rich countries warrants the food waste prevention. If someone pay more cash for some product it lead to take care not to waste.

In conclusion, although world starvation is a growing concern in our world that it depends on various reasons such as wealth distribution, food wastage and so on, it can be control by reasonable solutions like increasing wages, Sales tax in developed countries and strict rules.

Given is the bar chart illustrates the amounts of electricity produced and consumed in ten countries in 2014.

It seems that China had higher amount of generation and utilization approximately 5,398 and 5,322 billion kWh respectively, followed by the US with 4,099 billion kWh produced and 3,866 billion kWh consumed. In contrast to Republic of Korea which had lower figures among other countries at the same year. Moreover, all top countries produced adequate electricity so that their productions were slightly more than their usages except Germany which used more electricity than its generation.

In addition, Russia, Japan and India occupied positions three, four and five in the top ten respectively, with regard to generation figures [between 1,057 and 871 billion kWh]. And Canada, France, Brazil and Germany came next in order of reducing amounts of electricity produced and utilized.

Overall, China and United States were leaders and Korea was lowest in both for generation and utilization of electricity, also in all countries the generation was slightly more than their utilization except Germany in 2014.

Clearly, China (1st rank) and United States (2nd rank) had the most in generation and consumption of electricity (more than 5000 billion kWh for the former and roughly 4000 billion kWh for the latter). Also, in total, they produced and consumed about 9000 billion kWh together.
Russia, Japan, India and Canada (from the third to sixth rank respectively) were the next largest producers and consumers which generated and consumed approximately between 600 and 1000 billion kWh. The last four countries were France, Brazil, Germany and Korea that each country had about 500 billion kWh in generation and consumption. Totally, they all together (eight countries) had roughly less than 6000 billion kWh in production and consumption.
Generally, there is a significant difference in production and consumption between the first two countries (China and United States) and other countries so that, their generation and consumption were one and a half times higher.

Overall, the largest producers and consumers of electricity were China and Russia and the other countries had almost half of them. (190)

Recently there are different views on the value of school curriculum. Although some people believe that History plays the important role in the school subjects, others assess that Science and Technology and related issues are more important. This essay will examine both of these issues.

On one hand, there are many important reasons to studying about historical figures and events of the past is still related. First of all, knowing about History can help nurturing a wide range of moral values in students and can motivate their outlook on life. For instance, through studying the war of ancient Iran, teachers can inspire young learners with a sense of patriotism, valor and instill in their mind the value of peace. Secondly, it can be reflection of past lifestyle and also enable student to systematically develop their own views of a better life people should strive for.

On the other hand, the subjects oriented towards science and technology bring many irrefutable advantages. First of all, the current topics teach and persuade learners to work methodically while still nurturing their sense of identity and their creativity. There is a good instance says when students do electricity labs, they are required to follow particular safety rules and certain sets of process. Secondly, these days the technology is now nigh-omnipresent, it is crucial that students acquire fundamental skills and knowledge about this field in order to function properly in the modern world. For instance, it is necessary to learn the students how to use the searching engine of Google.

In conclusion, it seems that both History and Science and Technology are integral to the modern education as they play different, since irreplaceable roles in shaping a modern citizen with particular qualities.

  • Hajar H    Hajar H

learning different disciplines at school can have a far- reaching impact on students life. Although some people assert that history is one of the significant educational subjects, others including me maintain that science and technology have priority over history. In this essay I will discuss both views.

Some society members believe that, there are some advantages for students who study about past events. First of all, history in some ways preserves our national identity where it keeps us rooted in the past. In other words, this gives us the chance to know more about our past generation and have a sense of belonging. This feeling is more likely to create national identity and pride. Secondly, learning about historical accounts can stimulate learner’s imagination. To clarify, studying history enabling students to learn about past events and increase their fertile imagination. For example, with studying some compelling stories about battles and wars they can have a vivid imagination and help them to make right decisions for their future life.

Nevertheless, another group of people claim that students should allot their time and energy to study about scientific fields and technological developments for two main reasons. First of all, it helps them to adjust with the modern live. That is probably why, we are living in a fast-changing society and students to keep abreast of the latest developments should learn to work with tools and appliances. For example, they should learn to use computer for writing assignments and doing research activities on the Internet. Secondly, scientific subjects which presented in schools offer more employment opportunities in the future. To put it differently, Skilled workforces have been an integral part of the cut-throat competitive job market and employers today look for candidates who are specialized in a particular field.

By way of conclusion, there are cogent arguments on both sides. It is my firm conviction that, Scientific subjects can be more beneficial for students than history.

  • Education help us to think more. Some people believe that History is one of the most essential school subjects but, others including me think Science and Technology subjects are more crucial in today’s world. These two views will be discussed in this essay.

some think History is one of the most important subjects in school. First of all, History describes human’s life and mentions their considerable experience in the past. History gives new generation some practical advice about how ancient people survived and they behaved. For instance, help us to understand why the world wars happened. Secondly, History provides a sense of the past world and allows us to study about successes and failures of humans in some special relationship with other countries. It can allow us to think about some subjects (such as art and religious) and their effects on human’s life. It is true that History is a record of our past.

On the other hand, however, there are those who believe subjects like Science and Technology must be taught in schools. First of all, these sciences have helped people to live in more comfort with more useful facilities than the past. Nowadays, it is easy for people to access some resources and facilities such as clean water, food and energy to reduce for instance, the molarity rate. Secondly, without Science and Technology we just had a normal life. They have forced human to learn more about the universe and move forward. New tools are invented for exploring the world. man’s journey to the moon is one of the greatest human experiences that comes with science.

In conclusion, I believe Science and Technology have helped us to move forward. Although some argue History is one of the most important subjects, others believe Science and Technology are more important. (299)

  • Given are two maps illustrating some construction of facilities in the road access to city hospital. One map depict the situation in 2007 and the other after construction during 2010.
Cleary, some modifications have been constructed in 2010. At the beginning, the public car park which used to be located in the middle, has been moved to the eastern part of city Hospital.
Afterwards, the only road to access to the city Hospital is surrounded by several bus stops and a car park (staff and public) in 2007. But, during 2010, the bus station has been dislocated to the east of hospital road. The staff car park remained in its original place but, its size became smaller.
Then, the two intersections in the north and south of the Hospital road were demolished and two roundabouts were built instead. They connected the bus stop to the city road and hospital ring road.
Overall, some alternations have been made in the city hospital. Two car parks were built in the eastern part of the ring road and in the middle. Moreover, two intersections were changed to two roundabouts. (186)

  • Nima Da    Nima Da

The two maps demonstrate the differences in road access to a city hospital in two different years, 2007 and 2010

The most considerable change from road access in 2007 to 2010 was the construction of buses parked near the Hospital in 2010. This structure was achieved by creating a new bus station on the left side of hospital road, which is connected to three main Roads with two roundabouts at the entrance and the exit of the Hospital Road

Besides, there is another change in 2010 which it can be seen is that staff car park was separated from the public car park. That new public car park was constructed on the right side of the hospital which accesses to the hospital by Ring Road. Also the Bus Stops which were the right and the left side of Hospital Road have Removed completely.

Overall, it is clear that the new map involves making some changes to the staff and public car park and the Bus Station, however there are no change for the road which was surrounded the hospital.

  • Hajar H    Hajar H

The given maps compare roads linking to a city hospital as well as it’s transport facilities in 2007 and 2010.

Overall, it can be seen that, some modifications have been done in 2010. A considerable modification to the road system was the construction of new roundabouts. also, a new public car park was established to the east of the health center.

First of all, the car park, used to located in the eastern area, has been divided into two parts: staff car park and public car park. While the car park of personnel was still at the old site, the public car park was relocated into the east of the Hospital.

Furthermore, between those two years, two roundabouts have been built at both ends of the Hospital roads, one was placed on the junction with city road and another was put on the intersection with Ring road.

Another change is, the bus stops on the east and west sides of Hospital road were removed and replaced by a new bus station. The entrances and exits to the bus station were linked to the roundabouts, which gave access to Ring road on the north and city road on the south.

Living in a different language new country where someone has immigrated, could make complicated social and personal problems. Although some people are opponent with this idea others including me concur with it. This essay will examine the second viewpoint.

The important issues that people who immigrated to a foreign country should try to settle are finding and keeping an occupation or a job. First of all, to get hired in the first work opportunity will be a difficult job. To resolve the lack of these language skills. The majority of clients wish to employee who has had work experience before to confirm their language barrier result to some misunderstanding in the workplace in other words, the employee who does not know the language well cause to could not understanding of slang and some expressions of clients that it would be the controversial matter

The other top issues that the person who immigrated have to acquire could be the skills of Social communication. First of all , the person should be learned in other to get familiar with the new community and communicate social values and customs or interact with them to live and find friends. Thus, the language barrier should be eliminated if foreigners want to combat social communication problems. Secondly, someone who does not know the language should be taught social behaviors. The fundamental reason is that some attitudes might have happened without knowing about the meaning which lead to the person become alone, and consequently face to some illness like mental disorder and some psychological problems or depression.

In conclusion, I am a strong advocate of this approach and believe that there are some trouble which people who do not know the language in a foreign country deal with them. These kinds of problems have not only social aspects but also have the personal aspect points.

  • Hajar H    Hajar H

It is often argued that, living in a foreign-speaking country is cause both social and practical predicaments for non-native speakers. I completely disagree with the given claim on the basis of two compelling reasons.

First of all, it is beyond doubt that, technology has a crucial role to keep abreast of the modern life style. it can revolutionize the ways that we communicate. with technology, people have ability to provide their basic needs and carry out their necessary tasks without speak with others. That is probably why, social interactions it’s not necessary to obtain something that we want. the outstanding example is that, nowadays, people eagerly tend to set aside traditional form of shopping and buy some goods online without feeling obliged to linguistic abilities.

Secondly, there are many state- of -the -art educational teaching models, that received wide currency among people who want to learn foreign language. To clarify, language experts put a great emphasis on foreign Language teaching methods such as immersion, audio-lingual and grammar-translation. these programs provide opportunity for non-native speakers to convey their message without have an excellent command of foreign language. after a short time, they can develop their communication skills and learn new language.

By way of conclusion, it is my firm conviction that, speaking another language in a foreign country cannot create insuperable obstacles for people who living abroad. this is due to the two main facts that, technology plays a crucial role to help them also, new teaching methods revolutionized the way that newcomers can communicate with each other.

  • Living abroad has its own different experience. Although there are those who maintain that living in a foreign country can create drastic both social and practical problems for immigrants, others believe it has some benefits. This essay will examine both these views.
Some argue that, there will be intense social and practical barriers for newcomers. First of all, it would be difficult for them to understand and speak native language. Although English is an international language, many countries speak their own local language specially in informal places. Therefore, it seems to be difficult for immigrants to communicate or negotiate with other people. Secondly, living away from home can cause they miss almost everything such as their family, friends and their attention. It’s obvious then that, they will be unhappy if they do not have any relationship to their family.
On the other hand, however, there are those who believe living abroad has some benefits for immigrants. First of all, it is correct that exposure to different ideas, people and places exert an influence on how they able to come up with new and valuable solutions around their life. This method of life has excellent opportunity to rise personal experience and ability of problem-solving. Secondly, living abroad can give newcomers the competitive in a tough job market and help them enhance their job skills. Working with large and international companies provides them more learning opportunities. For instance, they learn how to work with new modern tools.
In conclusion, while some people believe living in another country can create serious problem in social and practical issues for immigrant, others argue that living permanently in a foreign country can has great benefits. (279)

  • Given is a diagram illustrating the process of producing electricity by geothermal energy. This process consist of five stages which three steps are on the surface and the other two are underground.

First, a reservoir of cold water is prepared which connected to the injection well. Cold water pumped down by a well with 4.5 km. Then, cold water enters hot rocks called geotheraml zone. By passing through this zone, the temperature of water rises. After that, hot water is pumped up to ground by a production well.

In the fourth stage, the state of water is a gas and its energy is very high. So Steam is driven into the condenser. Then high pressure steam moves in a rotating way into turbine. Finally, a generator is powered by turbine and generates electricity which it is translated to a power line.

Overall, according to the diagram, geothermal power plant uses hydrothermal resources to create electricity energy. High-temperature water that come from a well, powers a turbine that generates electricity. In this method, a lot of surface and sub-surface equipment is needed. (181)

  • Nima Da    Nima Da

The diagram below illustrates the cycle of generation electricity from geothermal energy in five steps.

In the geothermal power plant cycle, at first the system starts with pumping cold water by a well named the injection well which is 4.5 km long under earth, then cold water is guided to move along a geothermal area which is made of hot rocks under earth surface. This process increases temperature of water which is increased energy. The geothermal zone exit is related to another well named the production well. The condenser unit receives the hot water which is collected from production well.

The energy of steam which made of hot water is produced in condenser unit and send to turbine. This energy has revolved the turbine which is connected to a generator and make generator revolve too. Eventually the rotation of generator is produced electric energy then it is collected and sent to the grid.

Overall, it seems these generators produce significant amount of electricity without causing environment pollution and can use the unlimited thermal power of earth.

The diagram illustrates producing electricity from Geothermal power which are phased in a five-step process.

Initial stage of generating power, is pumping cold water down at the depth of 4.5 kilometers underground and the water must reach The injection well point. After this step ,water enters to a high temperature zone called Geothermal zone surrounded by rocks.

Cold water after passing Geothermal zone will get The production well stage. At this stage the cold water becomes hot.So this water is pumped up into a Condenser , and at the final stage , the Condenser release steam into a turbine and makes it spin and then the generator activated by turbine starts producing electricity which is transmitted into the grid.

Overall , as it is shown there are five steps that lead to producing electricity . It begins with pumping cold water and after a process and passing several phases and also becoming steam leads to final production which is electricity. 162

  • Hajar H    Hajar H

The given diagram depicts the steps involved in producing electricity from geothermal energy.

Overall, there are five main steps in the production of electricity from pumping down cold water in to the geothermal zone to producing electricity form the generator. Which is a complex process that requires a range of equipment and machinery.

From the information supplied, it is evident that, in the first step, cold water is pumped down at the depth of 4.5 km under the ground and reaches the injection well. following this, it goes through the hot rocks, which are also named “geothermal zone”. once the temperature of water has increased rapidly, it enters the production well and pumped up to the ground. then, it transfers into the condenser.

Other stages are carried out above the ground at the power plant. Subsequently, the hot water in the condenser container is transforms to steam form. At this point, the steam passes through the turbine and moves in a circular movement. Finally, the generator, powered by the turbine as well as produces electricity, then it is transferred by means of a cable to the pylons.(187 words)

Some people argue that if children allowed decide their everyday life, this may be lead to a selfish people in society. Others think that children should take their own decisions. This essay will discuss both of these viewpoints.

One of the most important skills that is necessary to offspring to develop, is making decision, because their childhood experience has a permanent effect on their thinking pattern and personality. There are several benefits. First of all, they feel they are important, from something as simple as deciding what kind of food to order, they can feel like they are a part of the family. Secondly, they learn responsibility and find out not all decision can be met with a successful experience. If children pick a dessert which is disappointing in taste, this can helps them to learn from previous experience and make better decision in next choices.

allowing children to make their own decisions on everyday matters may be immature people in society. First of all, because they have learned everything they want they could not adapt to other needs and this is detrimental to their relationships. They do not acquire social adjustment skills. Secondly, children usually not to be able think about all aspects of an issue. If parents do their choice in childhood they will believe that parents always make the best decisions. It mean, they have some skills for making decision they still do not have experience to decide about the complex decision that adult must deal with.

In conclusion, although some people believe their offspring could not decide their everyday matters, others believe that parents should allow a certain freedom to them, I believe that allowing children to make their own decision under the parental supervision is crucial because our society needs creative and selfless people.

Nowadays, the subject of whether allowing children to make their own decision on their daily routines or not is a controversial topic. Although some people maintain that children should not be allowed to make their own decisions, others including me opine that offspring should have the freedom to decide about their daily routines.

There are several benefits for offspring to make their own choices for basic needs. First of all, it is beyond doubt that, they will be capable to develop decision-making skills. That is probably why, offspring who take small decisions right from their childhood are better at face some challenges and predicaments. Secondly, in this way they can improve their communication skills. A fundamental reason for this is that, if they never make a choice, not able to have a good interaction with other people and peers and make choices on their own, unable teamwork in their workplace or make critical choices in the future.

Nevertheless, opponents claim that, when children make their own decisions can give rise to many problems. First of all, it can cause detrimental impact on children growth and increased chances of becoming selfish. To clarify, recent research suggests that, offspring who almost make their own decisions without any adult guidance. these children not only physically and emotionally immature but also become selfish and isolated in the future. Secondly, children will be prevented form potential injuries, either physically or mentally. with this end in view, due to lack of experience and awareness they unintentionally face dangers and seriously make them injured.

It is my firm conviction that, parents should permit to their offspring to make decision about their everyday matters, apart from its dire consequences on children’s characters, it has more advantages for them
    .
By way of conclusion, I once again reaffirm my position that, there are both pros and cons for children who have freedom to make their own choices. In general, benefits of making decision by children are outweigh the disadvantages

the level of freedom that children should be given has always been a challenge . While some people believe that children should not be permitted to make decision on every day issues , others believe that offsprings must have the right to make choices about matters which shape their future.48

Allowing children to make their decision can have positive effect on their character. First of all, helping children to make decision early regarding simple matters such as food, cloths or toys will develop their personality . And as result when they become adult will be able to choose their education and work field. Secondly, making choices on their own aids them gain confidence.which leads to being more mature and responsible. If a child makes his / her decision will learn to adjust to the consequences of those decisions and this helps them to gain great self-confidence .94

On the other hand , letting children to choose whatever they want has its own drawbacks . First of all , children are not mature enough and they should be restricted from making decision about every matter specially important choices.giving them permission to make choices can result in development of a selfish attitude . And as a result of fulfilling every desire of children , they will get used to making wrong choices. Secondly offsprings making their choices can remain immature despite growing up. and as a result we will have immature adults who are not prepared to handle tough situation.100

In conclusion , a balance should be kept to permit children to make decision and they should be helped feel free and independent but not to the limit that makes them selfish. I believe that it is essential to teach offsprings to be able to make wright decisions and be responsible of consequences of their choices. 55

  • The young population directly impact on the fate of their countries. In the last few years, the number of young people in comparison with the elder is increased. I want to explain both sights of the benefit and drawback in the following.
If the most population of the countries are adults, they will face with many older people in the future. Firstly, the government costs will increase due to the government payroll; in developed countries, the government pays salaries to the citizens that being retired from the tax that received and encounter with treasury shortages in the long term because of the cost of the elder cured. In addition, the rate of fail companies will be increased, because the all people, who have worked in these companies get retired and the number of young people, who will work instead of them is low and the government income is inconsiderably reduced.
The young people prepare the steady economy in the countries. At the first that is provided more job opportunities by the young workers, when there are many adults, the number of investors, who invest for new business will be increased and these companies need more young workers to improve their career and convert to larger companies like international companies. Secondly, increasing the welfare of people and the economic situation will increase and the firms, which has the import license, trade with other firms in foreign countries and the rate of their exchange will rise dramatically, thus they earn more profit and pay more wages to their employees and the government earn more income by receiving tax.

In many countries a large population of young people exceeds older ones. Although, some people contend that youngsters are extremely effective in the society, others including me allege in the opposite standpoint. This essay will discuss the first viewpoint.

One of the substantial benefits to having more young people is economic benefits. First of all, it is beyond doubt, if an array of people is young, the society has more workforce and more productivity. To clarify, young people capable undertake more responsibilities and doing physically demanding jobs compared with older people. Hence, this skilled workforce contributing to the economic growth. Secondly, it is indisputable fact that, young people have more creativity. That is probably why, they enable to keep abreast of latest developments in different fields also, they have fierce competition in their workplace, that leads to propose more creative ideas.

When young adults constitute a large population, it has many advantages for government to reduce the state’s financial burden. First of all, young people usually have a better immune system and healthier body than old people. This is mainly because, while elderly people suffer from various physical problems and ailments such as back complaint that restrict their ability to focus and work efficiently and they require more medical treatment. secondly, the government does not have to pay extra financial expenses to younger people and obviate their needs. With this end in view, the government can place a great emphasis on other aspects such as building industrial zones and environment conservation.

By way of conclusion, a nation with a predominance of young citizens might have some disadvantages. However, the benefits of having more younger people in a society outweigh the disadvantages.

The concession of youthful citizen is significant. First of all, a large size of workforce who have up-to-date knowledge with perfect physical and mental activities would be lucrative for industries. it is clear that the performance of this kind of worker is more than adult group. Secondly, the medical care , cost of health and revenue of teenagers are considerably less than the adult generation . Thus, the government has an opportunity to allocate their funds on the other improvement project. a fundamental reason for this is that youth rarely need medical services and their protected system fight most of diseases. that’s why they endure critical and extraordinary condition conveniently.110

On the one hand,There are some disadvantages of the young people are detrimental to the quality of lifestyle in society. At first the shortage of experience is a serious issue that can decline the reliability. In the other hand, the rate of efficiency and quality of some services for example, doing operation or designing the airplane can affect by the shortage. Secondly, the Next drawback is fundamental needs for youth which can be significant. both they have varieties and also they are the underlying topics which could vastly allocated by government. These essential needs contained , recruitment, accommodation, education and etc.100

In conclusion, although a large number of youth have various disadvantages in countries however other people including me strong advocate of this approach and believe young people have more advantages in compare of adults and can be more beneficial.39

Also for this reason almost very specialize jobs have not much relationship with personal interests or person`s privacy. Secondly, putting this type of questions in employment questionnaires maybe is unsightly for some bodies because they construe them interference in personal`s life. Therefore, employees may have a sense of skepticism about their work environment and it affects on process of doing things badly. (103)
In conclusion, there are two viewpoints about privacy information in employment forms. A viewpoint is this type of information is irrelative and other viewpoint includes me is those are relative. (30)

  • These days almost all companies want candidates to answer various questions related to their personal and professional information. Although there are those who maintain that these information may be relevant, but others including me do not feel need to answer them. This essay will examine both of these cases.

Some believe that personal information could be useful for employer and there will be no harm to answer such questions. First of all, obtaining general information of candidates could help managers to assign the best job position for their employees. To illustrate further, some information could be show whether these candidates can be match by organization’s goals. For instance, an applicant who interested in exercises and outdoor things, could imply properties of strong perseverance and could be appropriate for difficult jobs. Secondly, by analyzing these data, managers could identify their employee’s talents and help them to apply them in right place. For instance employees who are enthusiastic on teamwork can be proper candidates for management jobs.

On the other hand, there are some believe these information are not necessary for applying job. First of all, it is likely that this information could be used by managers against the employees. There is some serious concern about this personal information which may alter employer’s decision. For instance in the case of applicant who has a newborn child, they may refuse to hire her (him) because of she (he) is so busy at home. Secondly, there are some legal rights that support people against invasion of privacy. According these legal nobody can ask personal information of employees.

In conclusion, I believe personal information is private and should not be asked employees. Although some argue this information may be useful but others disagree and believe this data can be used against the employee.(291)

Employers normally gain information from job candidate as a trustworthy approach to elect their staff. However some people claim that extra information is useful for employer, others believe that information is irrelevant. In this essay I will examine both view and present my own opinion.

some personal information helps employer to make a best choice about job candidate. First of all, they can employ a right person with this requirements specification for each vacancy which needs. For example many candidate may be qualified for a job opportunity according to their job qualification but only those ones who have great communication skills can be appropriate for that vacancy . Secondly, organization can be utilized the individual details to acknowledge studious employees by preparing different facilities and easement which are related to their interest. As a result they can keep their employees motivation and raise the performance to get a competitive benefit over their competitors.

preparing personal information which requested for job candidate which is required for job application has a few disadvantaged. First of all, most employees prefer not to say their personal information and diverse aspect of their life secret also do not allow others to exceed their privacy. Thus reveal such information like people material status or lecture activities make them feel uncomfortable in workplace. Secondly, there is ever possible that people judged based on their personal reputation instead of their personal skills and work background. Consequently an incorrect view will be organized about people’s personal character that can considerably reduce the odds of upgrade to higher rank on organizations.

In conclusion, the accurate reason given by both side should be considered. In my viewpoint collecting personal information authorized employer to form the balance judgment about applicant and match more proficient ones to the vacancies in order to enhance the organization performance.

It is often argued that asking applicants to provide additional information such as their hobbies or marital status is helpful for the employers. However , others disagree with this ,and they believe private information is unnecessary and useless. This essay will elaborate both of these views and present my opinion.

It is believed that employers need more than just basic information. First of all ,further information helps employers to better evaluate prospective applicants. With increasing emphasis on team work this information assists business owners in fitting into the right groups. Secondly , personal information will help the employers to choose right candidates and mach them with right opportunities .For instance , someone who is interested in travelling and meeting people , is more suited for marketing position. However, applicants’ qualifications and work histories are necessary but , asking about their hobbies will help employers to figure this out.

On the other hand ,there are those who disagree with this , and think providing personal detail is not beneficial neither for applicants nor employers.First of all ,they claim that, employers will be able to abuse employees with being aware of their personal life and also jobseekers believe , this can access secret aspects of their life. Secondly , invasion of privacy is illegal and unacceptable ,and also there is considerable anxiety among candidates about being accessed their personal information by the employers who they do not know.
I am a strong advocate of this approach and believe that applicants should not be required to provide personal information.

In conclusion , however some still agree with presenting personal details to fit in a suitable job opportunity , but it is believed that for acquiring a correct job position providing private information is not essential and often there is anxiety of being abused.

While being interviewed for a position is an absolutely crucial factor for job applicants. Although some people claim that asking about personal details such as their passion and marital status in a job interview, be of value for the employers, others including me assert that, personal information is completely irrelevant to the employers. This essay will examine both of these viewpoints.

There are some merits for employers to acquire personal data about prospective employee. First of all, managers can gauge their staff according to their personal data, which are appropriate or not for a vacancy. For instance, if a position requires travelling frequently to various metropolitan cities in faraway places will not be appropriate for married people because of their marital commitment. Secondly, managers enable to make a judicious decision about launch bonus scheme for diligent and dedicated staff. to clarify, if an employer be aware about personal hobbies and interests of their workforce, can provide an extra incentive for them. Such as, preparing free ticket for someone who is tremendously enthusiastic about sport in order to participate in sport event.

Nevertheless, there are some drawbacks for employers asking personal information from job applicants. First of all, job seekers complain about invasion of privacy. That is probably why, a large number of people feel embarrassed to disclose and share their personal data about different aspects of their lives. And they will not have personal privacy. Secondly, some employers place a premium on personal information rather than their dexterity and it causes segregation among different groups. To clarify, they are passionate to use staff that they do not have offspring, or not experienced a painful divorce.

It is my firm conviction that, managers ought to pay specific attention to professional and marketable skills. employers not only, can match applicants to the vacancies, but also find ways to augment their productivity just rely on their skills and work experience.

By way of conclusion, there are cogent arguments on both sides. however, I once again reaffirm my position that any piece of information which is irrelevant should not be sought. Owing to, the vast majority of people are unwilling to release their personal information.

Employers ask the work-seeking about personal information such as their hobbies and whether they are married or single. Although, some people disagree this opinion, others including me think giving personal information is benefit. This essay will discuss both of these viewpoints.

The personal information can be influence the performance of firms and bring some beneficial for both side, employer and employees. First of all, the personal information help the managers of companies to choose the best alternate person for working in their organization. For example, giving personal information is very important in Germany. Each person who she/he is seeking a job should write a resume containing personal information even studying in the university. It dose not work without the personal information! Secondly, writing a resume is so important for employers because they can anderstand whose work for them. And how much they can bring greater efficiency of their own marketing. I think employers become more flexible when they have even few information about their personal life of employees and that, help their to make a close-knit working groupe, and they don’t miss their good employees, who they have a special situation in own lives like having children, any problem or responsibility.

On the other side, having personal information by companies is not always good. First of all, the information, which the employees wrote in the resume maybe is fake (like hobbies). There for the employers can select the person who is not proper for a special job. They disappear time and energy so the efficiency of commercial business can be increased for awhile. Secondly, there is a possibility that the employers can use the personal information against the employees. That way the job applicant miss a good career opportunity. For example, the female candidates case, who she is recently married. They may refuse her because of her chances of becoming pregnant in the near future.

In conclusion, I think giving some personal information which don’t damage the privacy in resume is benefit and cause to better working either for employers or employees. But others disagree that opinion and think nobody, who work in the same place has not right to anderstand anything about them.

The internet has dramatically revolutionised many different fields of our lives and had been changed completely everything recently.

Although, some of these changes have been negative, many people including me think plenty of them are positive.
First of all, nowadays many information are putting by internet in different fields, and our lives become much easier and convenient than past. We can see the influence of a large number of data in several subject such as medicine, transportation, etc that maybe by pushing a button of smartphone can be using. Furthermore we can save time. Sending an email instead of going to appointed places ,where we need to go. (like university, company,…) using googelmape to reaching somewhere or online education courses and much more via the internet.

Nevertheless, the effects of internet have not all beneficial. This new technology can making isolation for human. Many people spent too much time in internet. Virtual world offers so amazing and absorbing things, therefore they are so busy with internet and forget their friendships for relationships.. Gradually the people become alone without real friends in real life. On the other side, internet made the folk inactive. The people who spent solar day in internet being lazy. They make not sport even any little activities for example like shopping because they can that online. This lazy people become overweight and different illness like diabetes or mental disorder.

As you know we’ll be moving to a new flat soon and there are a few things that I won’t be able to take with me. The new flat is bit smaller so I have to sell some personal items and I was wondering if you might be interested?

In particular I want to sell my bike. Do you remember it- the one that we bought it together 6 month ago from shopping center? I remember that you would like to buy the one like that. It haven’t been used all of its tools, I mean, it’s still a new bike.

I know you’ve always liked this bike so I could let you have it at a good price. I’d rather sell you it than to a stranger!

Why don’t you come around and take another look at it on Friday? We’ll be here all day, so maybe could have some lunch together?

Give me a ring and let me know,

    Best wishes,

    Nima.

There are more facilities and services in a big city compared to a small town, first of all there is more budget in big cities and it results in more and also better services. Having more budget allows to provide better services such as transportation, health care, education and also entertainment. Secondly there is more demand in a big city so it makes sense for government and private companies to introduce more services to satisfy their citizens and clients. Here usually there are multiple choices for each service and competition between service providers increase the quality. (96)
Big cities provide better situation for work, first of all the average salary of employees with similar capability and responsibility is higher. It’s due to more income of corporations in big cities and also more demand for professional human resources. Here there is more opportunity to be promoted or accepted in new positions and even moving to other companies. I rather to live in a big city because there are more facilities and services in a big city compared to a small town. Frist of all big cities are crowded so government allocate more budgets to them and as a result of that authorities can provide better sevices for the citizens. Secondly because of the higher number of population the requests for services will be increased. Besides people in big cities have a great access to the world`s new technology and they are knowledgeable. So more demands and higher knowledge make companies to offer better services to the clients.
    (۹۹)

In the other hand in big cities there are better situations for work. Frist of all since there are more demands for services so great companies and institutions are competing to attract the customers as the result of that they need to have professional employees to offer better services so.
they have to offer more salary to attract them.
Secondly because of the high level of education in big cities the scope of the demands is wider and the are so diffrent in comparison with small towns. As a result of that authorities have to provide a wider range of jobs so they can fulfill society ‘s demands.
